井上裕一シェフが営む目黒の人気イタリア料理店「アンティカ ブラチェリア ベッリターリア」と不動前のワインショップ「ワインマン ストア」は2021年５月、共に三田へ移転。“レストラン＋ワインショップ＋醸造所”の複合店「ワインマン ファクトリー」として営業しています。井上裕一氏はシェフでありながら日本のワインを自ら作っています。
今回ワインマンと私たちのNANAROKUがコラボレーションしワインマンNANAROKUをリリースしました。
波佐見町は、江戸時代から大衆向けの食器を多く生産していた時代的な背景があり、数ある磁器の産地でも丈夫で扱いやすいのが特徴です。NANAROKUシリーズの陶磁器の中で最も生地が薄く口当たりを良く仕上げています。
