NANAROKU is a product in which various materials are handcrafted by craftsmen into a 76mm-diameter soba-no-inokuchi (buckwheat noodle cup). The universal shape of NANAROKU, which is not influenced by lifestyles, can be used for drinks, coffee, desserts, and small bowls for cooking.
This time, Lee Izumida and NANAROKU have collaborated.
Hasamiyaki, the thinnest finished Hasami ware in NANAROKU's ceramic series, will be released in a special paulownia box with a cat designed by Leeizumida.

IZUMIDA LEE
Painter
Born in 1986 in Hokkaido, Japan. Started drawing pictures from childhood.
Studied painting while studying abroad in the United States.
Moved to Tokyo in 2015, and started full-fledged activities as a painter in 2019.
She mainly paints acrylic works, as well as pictures and letters used for signboards, advertising art, and windows.

NANAROKUは職人の手によって様々な素材を76mm口径の蕎麦猪口に仕上げたプロダクト。ライフスタイルに左右されない普遍的なカタチは、お酒やコーヒー、デザートや料理の小鉢にもお使い頂けます。
今回は絵描きの”Lee Izumida × NANAROKU” を波佐見焼で製作しました。
NANAROKUの陶磁器シリーズでも最も薄く仕上げられている波佐見焼にLee Izumidaのネコ3兄弟が転写され特別仕様の桐箱入りリリースされます。
波佐見町は、江戸時代から大衆向けの食器を多く生産していた時代的な背景があり、数ある磁器の産地でも丈夫で扱いやすいのが特徴です。NANAROKUシリーズの陶磁器の中で最も生地が薄く口当たりを良く仕上げています。

絵描き
1986年、北海道生まれ。幼少期から絵を描き始める。
アメリカ留学時に絵を学ぶ。
2015年より東京に拠点を移し、2019年より本格的に絵描きとしての活動をスタート。
アクリル画の作品を中心に、看板や宣伝美術、ウィンドウに用いられる絵や文字を描いている。
